Where is LovePoppers based?
Rooted in the heart of Sydney, LovePoppers proudly operates as an Australian-owned and managed business. Our poppers, celebrated for their freshness and potency, are directly shipped from our local warehouse in Sydney to poppers enthustiasts all across Australia. We take pride in our Australian heritage and are committed to fresh poppers nationwide.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express through our secure payment system. All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars.
We are proud to offer free shipping for any orders over $60, regardless of size or weight. Otherwise, we only charge a flat rate of $9.98.
 We work tirelessly to offer same-day dispatch 12pm from Monday to Friday. Orders generally arrive within 1-3 business days by Express Post. You can estimate the delivery time at Australia Post's website here  (our postcode is 2000).
Yes, Australia Post will deliver your orders to any PO Box or Parcel Lockers Australia wide.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. You are able to track your parcel at http://auspost.com.au with a tracking number you receive from us.
You will receive a collection card in your mail box if your place is unattended during the delivery. You will be able to collect your order from your local post office at your convenience.
We endeavor to deliver your purchases promptly and discreetly. Products are wrapped and protected by bubble wrap and packed in plain, unmarked brown boxes. There will be a return address on the boxes, however you can rest assured the package will have absolutely no exterior information to connect it to our website and business name. (The name LovePoppers won't appear on the parcel whatsoever)
Unfortunately we do not offer warehouse pickup at the moment, but orders should arrive by Express Post within 3 days.
At the moment we ship to Australia only.
  • Once you successfully place your order with us, our system will send you a new order confirmation email to your email address. Please carefully check your order contents and delivery address. You should contact us as soon as possible if you find any mistakes in your order with us.
  • Our staff will pick the products and pack your order in discreet packaging, for same-day dispatch by 12pm.
  • Australia Post or courier company will collect your parcel from our warehouse at 12pm. Our system will send you an order dispatched email that includes a tracking number for your parcel. Please kindly track your parcel at https://auspost.com.au after 8 hours you receive your tracking number.
  • Normally Australia Post will deliver your order to you in 1-5 business days.
